Pulse valve diaphragm repair kits are composed of two diaphragms and springs. Pulse valve diaphragm is the heart of electromagnetic pulse valve. It is one of the fittings for the normal operation of the valve body and the "switch" of the injection air circuit of the dust cleaning system of the pulse bag filter. It can easily ensure complete synchronization with other control components to control the injection of pulsed compressed air. The diaphragm is made of imported nitrile rubber. The injection life can reach 1 million times or use for 3 years. All the diaphragm components are inspected and qualified before entering the assembly line.

◈ Before conducting any maintenance activity on the system ensure that components are fully isolated from pressure and power supplies. Pressure and power should not be reapplied until the valve has been fully assembled.

◈The diaphragm consists of one or more layers coated on both sides. Diaphragms of different materials can be manufactured according to the requirements of use. The working temperature and pressure range of the diaphragm itself depends on the type of rubber, fabric and structure. The diaphragm can work at -10~80℃, 0.4~0.8 MPa, and the fluororubber and silicone rubber diaphragm can work at -80~232℃.
◈Because the diaphragm of pulse valve is a flexible mechanism which needs to open and close frequently to control the air flow, it requires good flexibility and as high sealing as possible.
It is to control the oil pressure. Generally installed in the main oil circuit or back pressure oil circuit of shock absorber, to reduce the oil pressure impact when shifting and locking and unlocking, so as to keep the equipment running smoothly.
When different pressure (or force) acts on both sides of the diaphragm of the pulse valve, the diaphragm moves to the lower side of the pressure, resulting in the displacement of the center of the diaphragm.
It is used in pulse bag filter and installed in pulse valve to block compressed air pipeline.
